Cabot Street Books & Cards is the latest addition to Hugo Bookstores on The North Shore. They asked us to design an identity unique to the location. We were looking for something fun that could transfer to merchandise and had a vintage/classic look. After dozens of process designs the owners decided they really liked the circle logos as they felt more like a stamp. We designed a dozen variations of the stamp logo and finally arrived at the logo above. The identity will appear on the storefront for it;s opening later this year.
